Cooking for Kids

Birthday Parties
Hands-on cooking parties are a great way for kids, 6 years old and up, to learn how to prepare healthy snacks and meals. Children and teens love the opportunity to get involved in cooking, and as parents you know you’re giving them a gift that will last a lifetime. Even picky eaters are more willing to taste new, healthy foods when they help to prepare them.

Your Kitchen
You don’t need a huge kitchen to host a cooking class or party. All you need is enough space to comfortably accommodate the number of students in your class. We will review with you in advance any necessary kitchen equipment you may need for the class. Some items can be provided, such as sushi mats.

Kitchen Rentals
If you don’t have enough kitchen space to accommodate a large group, we can book a fully equipped professional kitchen for your event. (Additional charge for space rental.)
 
Pricing
Kids' parties of up to 12 guests
$800 Includes an apron decorating activity for kids and a recipe booklet for teens. Groceries are additional. You will be given a detailed shopping list prior to class to make sure that you have the necessary groceries on hand. A 15% gratuity for the staff will be added to all parties.

After School Cooking Classes
After school cooking classes provide young chefs, 8 years old and up, the chance to learn how to cook delicious, healthy meals in the comfort of their own home. Together with the help of one of our instructors, students select a menu of what they would like to learn. An added bonus is that dinner will be ready for the whole family to enjoy that night.

Pricing
1 or 2 students: $250. Save $75 when you book 3 classes for $675. Students can invite a friend, sibling, or parent to join their class. Each student receives a recipe booklet at the beginning of class. Groceries are additional. A shopping list will be provided prior to class.
