Arugula with Pecans and Pears

Arugula's slight bitter-spicy flavor is perfectly complimented by the sweetness of the pears and crunch of the pecans in this elegant salad.
SALAD
1 bunch arugula, washed and de-stemmed
1 cup thin pear slices
1/2 cup pecans toasted
DRESSING
1/3 cup Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt, to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar and oil. Season with salt and set aside. Place arugula in a large salad bowl and top with pears. Add dressing and pecans and toss before serving.
Serves 4
