Natural Chef’s Training Program provides hands-on culinary experience, with innovative nutritional approaches to food preparation. The program is designed to show how food can support a radiant level of health and wellness, and includes all aspects of vegetarian, natural foods cooking.
Each weekend delves into a specific area of whole foods cooking, including grains, vegetables, beans, soups, dressings, home remedies and party food. Our
