Our unique Natural Chef Training Program provides hands-on culinary experience, with innovative nutritional approaches to food preparation. The program is designed to show how food can support a radiant level of health and wellness, and includes all aspects of vegetarian, natural foods cooking.

Each weekend delves into a specific area of whole foods cooking, including grains, vegetables, beans, soups, dressings, home remedies and party food. Our curriculum empowers students with the skills and knowledge for both personal and professional enrichment. Our trademark is making healthy food taste too good to be good for you!

We are currently accepting applications for our 2010-2011 Chef Training Program. To ensure the best possible education experience, we keep class size limited to 12 people per program. This means that classes fill up quickly, so we recommend enrolling as early as possible to ensure your spot in the program.
