Classes are held one weekend each month, for 8 months:
October 2008 – May 2009
Saturday and Sunday, 10 am to 4 pm
1. October 4 & 5: "Staff of Life: Glorious Grains"
2. November 1 & 2: "The Plant Kingdom: Vegetables from the Land and Sea"
3. December 6 & 7: "Lean Protein: The World of Beans"
4. January 3 & 4: "Food in a Flash: Grain Products and Soy Foods"
5. February 21 & 22: "Nourishment in a Bowl: Soups and Stews"
6. March 7 & 8: "Dress it Up! Sauces/Dressings/Condiments"
7. April 4 & 5: "Kitchen Pharmacy: Home Remedies"
8. May 2 & 3: "Festive Food: Desserts/Holidays/Party Food"
