With over 15 years of experience in the field of natural cooking, Christine is a masterful chef and teacher specializing in macrobiotic, vegan and raw foods cuisines. Christine has appeared on Ebru TV's Daily Connection as a regularly featured chef. Her personal chef clients have included well-known celebrities, and Christine also teaches classes for The Cancer Project. Christine is a graduate of Millersville University, the Kushi Institute, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals. Joyce Rosenblum, Director of Education
As a graduate and immersionist of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Joyce is certified as a Holistic Health Counselor and has a private nutrition and lifestyle coaching practice. She also serves as the nutrition consultant for concierge doctor's offices in NJ and PA. Joyce is a natural foods chef, training for many years with master teachers and is a graduate of the Natural Kitchen Cooking School. She is a certified public school teacher in the state of New Jersey holding a BS in Education from Monmouth University. Mary Flynn, Director of Program Operations
Mary, a Natural Food Chef, has trained with Christine Waltermyer for the last six years and is a graduate of the Natural Kitchen Cooking School. She is a certified Dietetic Technician through the state of New Jersey and a certified ServSafe Food Protection Manager.
