Join Natural Kitchen Cooking School founder, Christine Waltermyer, to enjoy learning some favorite soups of the season! Soup is a great way to make ingredients digestible and it’s also an economical, family-friendly option.
WHEN: Tuesday, December 8th, 11 am – 12 pm EST

It’s a Miso Celebration!
Join us to discover this Japanese superfood and how miso can add unique flavor (and health benefits!) to soup, pizza and even vegan cheesecake!
You’ll never think of miso the same way after learning how creative you can be with it.

Ayurvedic Inspired Comfort Food
Journey to India to discover the magical flavors that will delight your palate! Our menu is the just the right balance of warming, sweet, savory, salty, pungent and sour. You’ll come away from this class able to prepare a balanced delicious meal that leaves you satisfied.
This type of balance is considered what is known as “tridoshic.” Chef Manisha will also share ideas how to change up the basic recipes to suit a body type based on the seasons in North America.
