Christine Waltermyer is the founder and owner of the Natural Kitchen Cooking School. Leading Wellness Chef, Christine is a transformational teacher and published author as well. Christine specializes in nourishing whole food cooking.
Christine has appeared on Ebru TV’s Daily Connection show as a regularly featured chef. A personal chef clients have included Grammy award-winning A-list celebrities, professional athletes and busy moms and families.
Christine has been a consultant and recipe developer for Dr. Joel Fuhrman’s book, “Super Immunity,” Dr. Neal Barnard’s book, “Power Foods for the Brain” and thejewishfoodhero.com.
Christine has taught cooking classes for the Cancer Project and at The Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health with Michio Kushi, the legendary founder of the natural foods movement. Christine has been a featured instructor at the North American Vegetarian Society’s Vegetarian Summerfest, the Chicago VegFest, The Great Pennsylvania Flavorfest, Bethlehem VegFest, The Seed in NYC, The Kushi Institute Summer Conference and the New Orleans Veggie Fest. Christine has been the subject of numerous newspaper and magazine articles, including Princeton’s U.S. 1 Magazine and The Asbury Park Press. Christine has written articles for VegNews Magazine and Lilipoh Magazine.
Christine is a graduate of Millersville University, the Kushi Institute and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Christine is a certified life coach through the Coach Training Alliance. Joyce Rosenblum is a Certified Health Coach, Natural Foods Chef and Cooking Instructor with a decade of experience coaching and teaching individuals, families and organizations ways to eat well and feel fabulous in their body.
Joyce was a Special Education teacher for 18 years. Having seen what an impact unhealthy eating habits had on children and personally in her family, she went back to school and got certified as a health coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC, then furthered her studies in the culinary world completing an internship in Macrobiotic Cooking with master chef, Marilyn Waxman as well as Plant-Based Cooking classes with nationally known, author, chef , Christina Pirello.
She continued her studies at the Natural Kitchen Cooking School with Christine Waltermyer, while maintaining her health coaching business, Healthy, Wealthy & Wise LLC, seeing private clients and working as a health coach in concierge doctor’s offices in NJ and PA.
Joyce recently moved to the Charlotte area where she is a wellness advisor at the Ballantyne, NC, Earth Fare and started, the Natural Foods Academy where she is sharing her love of coaching, teaching and educating. She completed a Professional Plant-Based Certification at Rouxbe Cooking School and is passionate about providing the most current, cutting edge information in the plant-based culinary world. Joyce also completed a Culinary Rx program which she will be able to share with her clients to further support their culinary knowledge. She continues to work with Dr. Pettinelli in Mount Laurel, NJ coaching patients by phone or Zoom. The phone and ZOOM allow her to coach no matter where you live.
